This blog will follow a group of 6 women who have been meeting and creating since the year 2000. We started out only creating with fabric...doing art wall hangings and quilts, clothing, and more. We have now expanded into creating with fabric, doing ATCs, making cards, hand dying fabric, etc. You name it, we are willing to try it. Come along with us on our adventure!

Karen's Pretty Little Horse...
Karen has been gone on vacation and joined us on Tues. She did more beading on her horse. She tried some larger beads this time and it is just looking so coooool. As you can see, she is trying some colorful fringe-type threads around the edge of her design. She is doing the stage of finishing it off and asked for some ideas in doing so. She has never tried beading and is having so much fun with it. Can't wait to see it all finished.

It has really turned out fabulous, especially for a first time beaded project. I am willing to bet she starts another one soon.
ReplyDeleteOh, putting larger beads on this little pony's bum was pure inspiration, Karen. So cute! And I love the fringe. I've already had a peek of your next step, and you really are gifted in how you can see outside the box. Wonderful! Can't wait to see your finished project.
