Mary said: As I said below, Karen brought her extra large trade cards to trade with us this week. She also brought a flag book that her sister, Lyla, made. During this past year we have been able to see several of the cards, post cards, trade cards and now this flag book that Lyla has made. We would love to have her come join us some Tuesday. Karen's cards turned out great! Her sister's book was such fun to look through, I could learn a lot from her.

I LOVE my ATC, Karen! I got the one with the little pocket and the key (the best one), although the others are 'nice, too.' :-) This altered book of Lyla's is so cool. A quick look just doesn't do it justice. It's grand! and very motivating! Hmmm, gives me an idea! Okay, here we go!

ReplyDeleteThanks, Karen, for bringing that great book. It got me thinking, and that's how I came up with Mary's book. It was SO FUN to make. I love the process! Sorry it's done, although it was fun to see Mary's face as she looked through it. :~D
