This blog will follow a group of 6 women who have been meeting and creating since the year 2000. We started out only creating with fabric...doing art wall hangings and quilts, clothing, and more. We have now expanded into creating with fabric, doing ATCs, making cards, hand dying fabric, etc. You name it, we are willing to try it. Come along with us on our adventure!
Okay...so I STILL don't have this blogger thing under control. This is me, April, and I just put those photos up...but in the process, they are in the wrong order, and somehow I didn't get any info published. So....2nd photo is my first attempt but although the papers are lovely, there just wasn't enough contrast for my liking. The 1st photo is my next attempt and I really liked the colors and wanted to put them in a gradient order from light green to blue. Not that happy with that one, either. So the 4th (bottom) photo is the last one I made - with the same papers as photo #2, but I put the blues across from each other, and the greens..the same. I like it much better. The 3rd photo is a picture of the next paper strips I've chosen for my next project. More later...
Nice post, April. Your iris folding turns out so well. You always make such good use of color. All of these turned out nicely. Each one is better than the previous one.

ReplyDeleteVery nice April - I love iris folding, you can do so much with it and you don't need a lot of supplies.
